We're looking for good people who                design & marketing as much as we do!

Internships - Accepting applications for Fall 2024

Please check back for future openings.

Our Story

We're an award-winning digital marketing agency located in downtown Fredericksburg. We work in the bright, sunny, yellow house on William Street. With Freddy Donuts next door, Soup & Taco across the street, and within walking distance of Blue Cow Ice Cream, Mellow Mushroom, Primavera, Castiglia's, Red Dragon Brewery, and a bunch of other fun places, we operate on the best block in town!

Our colorful, open-concept offices foster creativity & discourage afternoon naps. Outside, you might see us working while enjoying the sunshine on our big front porch.

We've developed some incredible marketing strategies for hundreds of clients & their referrals have fueled our triple-digit growth. We're looking for go-getters who love social media, creativity, challenges, and fun!

We're ready to kick it to the next level. You with us?

If you're an innovative, creative & self-motivated professional who wants to work in a fun, inspirational, supportive career-focused environment, we have a growth opportunity for you!

Small businesses, government agencies, health care providers, contractors & non-profits count on our expertise to polish their professional images & build their businesses & organizations through high-velocity digital media promotions.

We're dedicated to earn their trust & their continued business. Every. Single. Day.

Hate may be un-PC these days but it applies to our view of cubicles, "face time" (not the Apple version), lollygaggers, status quo, the listless & the ordinary.

We're driven by energy, enthusiasm, ethics, trust, compassion, humor, infinite learning, innovation, results, hard work, teamwork & the understanding that in a small business, even the owner must sometimes mow the lawn & take out the trash.

Team members (we'd include the term, "Ideal" but hey, we're all a work in progress):
