What do you love most about what you do?
Helping people realize their dream of owning a home.
Was there a person or experience that inspired your career?
After managing the local office of a national title underwriter through the 1990's, my position was eliminated. In 2001, I gathered some business partners and opened the business. Our Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting and grand opening was on September 13, 2001, two days after 9/11. That was quite concerning, but the lender dropped their rates and by November, we were turning business away.
What does your business do better than anyone else?
We work very hard to find ways to make transactions close. We try to provide the highest level of service possible. We appreciate the fact that we are assisting many people with the largest financial transactions of their lives.
What do you wish you could change?
High-interest rates.
