TERMS OF SERVICE

FLAIR COMMUNICATION SERVICES AGREEMENT

This document provides details about Flair Communication services, guidelines, and related policies. This contract is all-inclusive and subject to the terms, selections, pricing, and other details on page one of this proposal/contract. Service descriptions for all services are included below but apply only to the services selected by the client on page one of this agreement. 

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - GENERAL POLICIES

 

Designated Project Manager

To ensure good communication and the best results, the client shall designate one (1) project manager to provide direction, information, and approvals for the project. This individual will be designated in the Website Design Questionnaire which will be sent to the client following approval of this contract. The client’s project manager shall be responsible for reaching consensus from all client stakeholders before providing direction, content, information, or other communication related to this project. Flair Communication will accept direction only from the client’s designated project manager. Any additional project costs as a result of misinformation, misdirection, or errors within the client’s organization or from the individual(s) not designated in the Website Design Questionnaire will be the responsibility of the client. 

 

Content

The client must deliver the completed design questionnaire, payment information, and all content for the website no later than the Friday prior to the project start date. All content must be organized and labeled clearly. All text must be provided in a plain text format that can be copied and pasted into the website editor. Images must be individual JPEG files (no embedded images in documents). For best quality, submit crisp, clear, high-resolution images without marks, dates, pixelation, or other elements that adversely affect the image quality. The client assumes all responsibility for rights to use provided images, including signed model releases from individuals in the images. The client is subject to usage policies for stock images purchased by the client or Flair Communication. 

 

Additional fees will be charged if Flair Communication is required to organize, collect, modify, or sort any content and/or transcribe text for the website. Content received after the project start date that affects the layout or design of the site will incur additional fees.

 

Deadlines

The client agrees to adhere to established project deadlines for proposal approvals, payments, content delivery, revisions, and other requests to keep the project on schedule. Missed deadlines may result in project delays, project reschedules, and/or additional fees. The entire project duration is scheduled to extend no more than two (2) to three (3) weeks from the project start date unless otherwise specified in the proposal/contract. Projects delayed by the client will be rescheduled for the next available date and may incur additional fees.

 

Performance

Website search engine rankings, marketing performance, and revenue generation from promotion and marketing services provided by Flair Communication are estimates provided by the related marketing, website and/or internet providers and are not guaranteed. Flair Communication seeks to follow industry best practices and is committed to generating the best performance outcomes for all clients. It’s normal and expected for website rankings and performance to change continuously. 

 

Ownership of Website Design and Intellectual Property

The client is committing to a one, two, or three-year contract. Flair Communication requires a minimum 12-month contract. It’s understood the full cost of the design and development of the website and related content is incorporated into both the down payment and the contract’s monthly payments for the duration of the contract period. Therefore, Flair Communication shall retain ownership of any and all website design, graphics, and related website content until the client has fulfilled all financial obligations of the contract. The client will be considered a lessee of the website and related content until all contractual financial obligations are fulfilled per the terms of this contract.

 

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Each party shall maintain, in the strictest confidence, all confidential information (as defined in the next sentence) of the other party. “Confidential Information” is defined as (i) nonpublic information (at the time of disclosure) disclosed by one party to the other party under this Agreement, provided such information is marked or indicated by the disclosing party to be confidential; (ii) and any information which ought reasonably to be considered confidential with regard to the circumstances surrounding disclosure, whether or not such information is marked “Confidential.”

 

In the event a party is required to disclose Confidential information pursuant to a judicial or other governmental order, such party shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law or opinion of counsel, provide the other party with prompt notice prior to any disclosure so that the party or its client may seek other legal remedies to maintain the confidentiality of such Confidential information.

 

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Flair Communication from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising in any manner caused by (i) Client’s third party vendors products and services, including but not limited to website design and hosting platforms, domain registrars and services, digital application services or any outages or downtime related to such services provided by Flair Communication or (ii) from a breach or alleged breach of any of Client’s representations, warranties or agreements herein. 

 

To the maximum extent allowable by law, Flair Communication shall not be liable to the client for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including damages for lost profit, loss of business, or the like) arising out of relating to this agreement, Flair Communication’s performance hereunder or disruption of any of the foregoing, even if the client has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the cause of action, whether sounding in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise. To the maximum extent allowable by law, the contractor’s aggregate liability under this agreement shall in no event exceed the aggregate compensation paid by the client to Flair Communication under this agreement.


Flair Communication offers the optional integration of the UserWay application to help provide better access for website visitors with disabilities. This application is intended to help with but does not guarantee compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Flair Communication is not responsible for client compliance with ADA standards or guidelines.

PAYMENT TERMS

 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Major credit cards, debit cards, or ACH direct deposit are accepted methods of payment. Final/early termination fees must be paid by check, e-check or ACH Direct Deposit. 

 

Declined Charges / Insufficient Funds / Non-Payment

Client agrees to maintain a valid form of payment at all times. There is a three (3) day grace period to update payment information. Payment methods that require updates more than once per quarter will incur an additional administrative fee of $100 per occurrence. Checks or other payments declined for insufficient funds will incur a service fee of $100 per occurrence. Late or non-payment may result in suspended or terminated services. There is no compensation for services suspended or terminated for non-payment. 

 

MONTHLY FEES

Services with monthly fees begin on the initial project start date and must be paid via automatic payment (credit/debit card, e-check, or ACH Direct Deposit). The client will be sent paid invoice receipts via email each month for bookkeeping purposes. 

 

Early Termination Payment Policy for Website Services

The client may cancel the monthly website service contract and request a transfer of their website to an independent account after paying the value of the 12-month minimum contract (no less than $2,268 for regular websites & no less than $2,995 for e-Commerce sites). Clients who pay a higher monthly maintenance fee will be charged at a higher rate. Early termination fees are in addition to the nonrefundable initial down payment. A credit will be applied for the value of monthly fees paid prior to the date of early contract termination. Final payment related to early service termination must be paid by check, certified check, or ACH Direct Deposit and requires signed approval of the SERVICES TERMINATION AGREEMENT. There is no compensation nor proration for unused services. The client agrees to comply with cancellation payment terms, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Client agrees not to dispute final charges or previously paid fees with Flair Communication, bank, creditor, or other financial entity before, during, or after the initial project start date.

 

Cancellation Payment Policy for Monthly Marketing Services

Monthly marketing services are month to month but cancellation requires written, 30-day advance notice. The client is responsible for the final month of marketing fees and related ad costs. All other payment terms in this contract apply.

 

WEBSITE PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

A website with Hosting/Maintenance/Optimization Management Services Payment Terms

Website projects with ongoing monthly services require a minimum, twelve (12) month contract commitment. A portion of the initial website design-build cost is included in the monthly fee so a change to the contract duration will affect the monthly fee and/or final payment. Initial payment and monthly fees are non-refundable after the project start date. Projects delayed by the client beyond 30 days will incur a $295 reactivation fee in addition to the ongoing monthly fee. This reactivation fee is in addition to missed deadline fee penalties.

 

Website Design-Only Payment Terms

Website Design-Only contracts require a 50% deposit with the signed proposal. The balance is due after the 2nd round of revisions are complete or 30 days after the project start date, whichever comes first. Projects delayed by the client beyond 30 days will be placed on hold until the next available project date and will incur a $295 reactivation fee due before the project resumes. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Client agrees that the initial web design payment and monthly fees are non-refundable after the initial project start date. Client agrees all completed payments are final & agrees not to contest any charges, with Flair Communication, any payment processor or creditor before, during or after the final transfer of the website.

 

Marketing fees, including service, advertising fees, print fees, and graphic services are non-refundable. The client agrees to provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel any monthly marketing service which includes but are not limited to Google Ads, Social Media Marketing/Advertising, and any other marketing service and advertising fees.

 

LATE PAYMENTS • BREACH OF CONTRACT

Outstanding balances that remain unpaid thirty (30) days+ past the due date will incur a minimum late fee of $100 for each 30 day period past the due date and may result in service disruption or service termination. 

 

By approving this quote, the client agrees to all financial terms of this agreement. In the event the client fails to fulfill payment obligations for the services rendered under the approved quote, the client specifically authorizes the release by any credit reporting agencies of personal and business credit information on the client. The client also agrees to pay all of the costs of obtaining such credit information and/or the locating of the client as may be necessary. In consideration for the services rendered under this agreement, the client hereby agrees to pay a FINANCE CHARGE on all balances which are overdue and unpaid sixty (60) days after the services are rendered; the FINANCE CHARGE will be computed at one and a half (1.50%) percent per month or an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of eighteen (18%) percent. These costs will be in addition to all attorney’s fees, plus court costs, whether a suit is filed or not.

 

DIGITAL MARKETING & WEB DESIGN SERVICES DESCRIPTIONS

 

WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES OVERVIEW

Custom website design services include: 

 

  • Initial, custom website design-build based on client’s specifications, preferences & provided content. Projects that exceed the initial size or scope after the project start date may incur additional fees.

  • Mobile optimization, social media integration, premium stock images (if needed), Google Analytics connection & custom favicon. 

  • Custom forms for up to 8 fields (or as noted on the quote/contract cover). More complex, custom forms available for an additional fee (priced per project). 

  • Basic editing services based on content provided by the client. More extensive writing/editing/research services are available for an additional charge. 

  • Single PayPal payment buttons may be integrated into the website at no additional charge but the client is responsible for maintaining a PayPal Merchant account and providing the PayPal button link/code.

  • Client leases the website and will own the website design and content only after fulfilling financial obligations per the quote/contract.

  • Flair Communication reserves the right to publish a signature with a hyperlink in the footer of the client’s website. This signature will be minimal in size & style to avoid distraction from the client’s website content.

 

MOBILE OPTIMIZATION

All website projects include mobile optimization and/or mobile action bar. Mobile optimization will streamline & consolidate content for use on smartphones. Client understands that some design elements, background video & some applications may not be available nor function the same way on mobile as they do on desktop computers (this is a mobile technology limitation). To create the best visitor experience, client understands the mobile version may require omission of select content, especially extensive text & other elements that are not mobile-friendly. 

 

PRODUCTION TIME

When all content and required payment are received from the client, an initial website draft will be ready for online review within seven (7) to ten (10) business days or as stated on the quote/contract. e-Commerce sites & sites with extensive content or special design elements may require more time. 

 

Please note a deadline will be established to deliver all required content in advance for the website design project. Content delivered after the project start date increases project costs and may adversely affect and delay the overall design process and/or require extra design work. Consequently, client failure to meet content deadline or the addition of new content after the project start date may result in project delays, rescheduling the project and/or additional fees. 

 

DESIGN PROCESS

Initial design includes two (2) rounds of revisions of initial draft. A revision round is a complete list of client requested revisions per site review and client agrees to submit each list of revisions in writing within three (3) business days of the website draft delivery. This prevents increased project costs, keeps the project on schedule and provides the most efficient process to complete the client’s revisions effectively & efficiently. 

 

Terms of Project Deadlines

Client agrees to submit a complete written list of revisions within three (3) business days of each website draft delivery. If client fails to submit revisions within three (3) business days, the project may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Flair Communication. Missed deadlines increase project costs and consequently will result in an additional fee of $225 per occurrence and delay of the project. If client fails to submit revisions within seven (7) business days the project will be considered approved and complete by the client and any additional revisions submitted by the client will be incorporated into the monthly update/change allowance per the terms of the website contract.  

 

Revisions During Initial Design Process

The client’s designated project manager will be responsible for acquiring consensus within the client’s organization before requesting revisions. Client must submit each round of revisions in writing as a single, written list including all content required for requested revisions at the time each round of revisions is submitted. Additional rounds of revisions are available for $225 per round. Additional rounds of revisions that require modification of the design, additional pages, extensive revisions or changes in navigation/organization of the site will incur an additional design service fee of up to $175 per page.

 

BASIC SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword analysis will be performed and basic SEO techniques will be incorporated into the design of the website to help optimize search engine rankings. Website will be submitted to Google for indexing and ranking. Upon request, client will be advised about other ways to maintain & improve search engine optimization and understands websites require additional promotions, including paid advertising to improve SEO. Client understands that although new websites are instantly indexed on Google, website search rankings and SEO change continuously. Search rankings are driven by a complex algorithm so no agency nor individual can guarantee a specific website search ranking. More extensive SEO services may be available for an additional charge. 

 

e-COMMERCE CAPABILITIES (for e-Commerce level projects only)

Includes e-Commerce capabilities for donations, ticket purchases and/or other financial transactions. Client must maintain a PayPal Merchant account, Stripe account or Square account to accept online payments. 

 

Preferred online store platform is Ecwid.com. Flair Communication provides an initial store setup service and fully integrates the store into the client's new website. Client is responsible for maintaining an Ecwid.com account including any associated fees and all ongoing management of the store, store products, order management and fulfillment and payment collection/management related to the Ecwid.com store after the initial setup. Client may opt to set up the store without assistance from Flair Communication and provide the code to integrate the store into the website. Client changes to the store, product categories & pricing, etc. will automatically update on the website and client understands featured product layouts and other page designs are affected by changes made to the Ecwid.com store. Flair Communication is not responsible for updating or managing Ecwid.com store content after the initial setup. Client understands that Flair Communication does not provide tech support for the ongoing operation and management of the Ecwid.com store but Ecwid.com does provide online chat and phone support for customers. Technical assistance required by Flair Communication for client generated e-commerce stores will be charged at a rate of no less than $175/hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge per occurrence.

 

Initial store setup is optional for an additional fee as quoted in the proposal based on the number of products and product options indicated by the client. Client is responsible for providing all product names, images, descriptions, pricing, pricing options, shipping method(s), shipping fees, sales tax and other required information to Flair Communication prior to store setup. Client errors, missing information, or additional content, products or information changes after the store setup process begins may result in store setup delays and additional fees. "Products" may include physical items or digital/virtual "products" such as donations, membership categories, etc. Product selections include up to three (3) options each. Client will be sent a link to a Google Spreadsheet to enter product information. Custom pricing is available for large stores with 100+ products. 

 

MONTHLY WEB HOSTING, MAINTENANCE, OPTIMIZATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES 

Monthly fee includes a portion of the initial design-build cost, ongoing design updates as new applications & design features become available, premium hosting services, & ongoing revisions requested by the client within the existing pages and design. Client must commit to a minimum of 12 months of service. Discounts on monthly fees available for multi-year contracts. 

 

Includes regular, routine maintenance of website operation & up to ten (10) client requested changes/updates per month within the existing design.* Since many website changes are incurred seasonally or only periodically, Flair Communication allows a degree of flexibility regarding the number of monthly changes. Website changes shall not exceed 50% of the contracted monthly allowance per month unless an additional fee is paid by the client. Website change/update requests that  exceed 10 per month for three (3) or more consecutive months will incur a monthly fee increase based on the average number of revisions. 

 

Client must submit all update/change requests via email to edits@flaircommunication.com. Client requested changes received during regular business hours  (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm EST) at edits@flaircommunication.com are guaranteed to be completed by the following business day. Client is expected to appoint a single project manager who will be responsible to gain consensus from client stakeholders before sending revision requests. Client is requested to make a final decision on all changes and updates prior to requesting these changes/updates. 

 

Flair Communication does not provide website maintenance services via in-person meetings or phone calls. If a client requires in-person website review/consultation or extensive phone calls (more than 15 minutes) after website launch, such service will incur an additional fee of $175/hour. 

 

Please note, to protect the integrity and quality of every website, Flair Communication does not share website maintenance via the website editor with clients nor anyone outside our team. Clients who later choose to maintain their own websites may request a permanent transfer of the site after fulfilling all financial obligations of the contract.

 

PREMIUM HOSTING SERVICES

Website hosting services to include 10GB storage, unlimited bandwidth, Firewall & DOS protection. Guaranteed 99.9% uptime. All websites include SSL encryption certificates for website security.

 

DESIGN REFRESH & NEW FEATURES

Website will be updated periodically with new design features & applications (with prior client approval) to freshen the design of the website, maintain modern design trends & to extend the life of the overall website design. 

 

Please note design changes differ from design updates. Design changes will incur additional charges. Design changes include additional pages, changes to navigation structure, site wide changes such as branding & color changes, new sections/categories of content that increase the overall content volume, premium application upgrades/integrations & other changes that alter the design, navigation, maintenance and/or structure of the website.


Website maintenance service fees include up to ten (10) web pages. The website platform has a limit of 100 web pages. Websites that exceed ten (10) pages require more time for routine maintenance and as such will incur an increase in the monthly fee according to the following fee structure. Every 10 additional web pages above 10 web pages will add $25/month to the monthly fee.

• Up to 10 Web Pages (included in original website quote)
• 11 - 20 Web Pages - Add $25/month to monthly fee
• 21 - 30 Web Pages - Add $50/month to monthly fee
• 31 - 40 Web Pages - Add $75/month to monthly fee
• 41 - 50 Web Pages - Add $100/month to monthly fee

*Additional changes/updates in blocks of (5) per month available at a rate of $50/month. Updates/changes to be made within existing website structure/navigation/design. Changes/updates that require significant modification of the website structure, function, additional pages & navigation will incur additional design charges.

 

WEBSITE DESIGN-ONLY PROJECTS

Website designs that will be transferred to the client for future maintenance are considered design-only projects. Design-only projects include website design services noted in the WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES OVERVIEW section of this agreement and are subject to payment policies as noted in this contract. Design-only projects include a 1 month premium hosting plan (premium hosting services are required to complete domain connection, basic SEO and other initial services) & will be transferred with the completed website. Client is responsible for all hosting costs after the first month.

 

Conditions of Website Transfer - Design-Only Projects 

After final approval of the website design and fulfillment of all financial obligations, the website shall be transferred to the client's independent WIX account. Transfer will include the remaining value of the premium hosting service package but client will be responsible for the cost of hosting and related website fees after the first month. Please note website transfers are permanent & irrevocable. Flair Communication does not provide the option for maintenance/management services after transfer because we are unable to guarantee the quality of a website if an outside designer or client has modified the website. Flair Communication does not provide technical support nor training for website maintenance nor design services. WIX.com, the website platform on which the website is built offers extensive online tech support services. 

 

OTHER SERVICES

 

IT/DOMAIN SERVICES 

Includes connection of one (1) custom domain(s). Additional domains may be connected to the website and will be redirected to a primary domain for a fee of $175.  Hosting/domain/email connections that exceed three (3) or require additional time to coordinate with 3rd party IT services and/or obtaining access to domain account information and/or require troubleshooting based on issues related to a client's server and/or IT services will incur additional minimum fee of $225. 

 

CUSTOM EMAIL SERVICE 

Flair Communication provides custom email box setup through Google Business for a flat fee. Client is responsible for ongoing maintenance and monthly fees related to custom email services.

 

If client uses custom email services connected to the website domain, the client is required to provide MX or DNS records for the email service. A new website launch with a domain connected to custom email services may experience a period of downtime (typically ranging from a few minutes to 3 hours but can take up to 48 hours for full propagation). Flair Communication is not responsible for email propagation delays.

 

CUSTOM LOGO DESIGN 

Custom logo design includes one (1) unique design concept based on client's preferred brand style and colors. Includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions $125 each. DELIVERABLES: Multiple graphic files for single design selection including source file, jpg, png with transparent background and pdf for any print or digital use. Includes vector & source files. Variations on original design available for an additional fee.

 

CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY (limited services)

Custom on-location photography/video services available for a custom quote based on individual client needs. Travel surcharge is incurred for locations beyond a 10 mile radius from Fredericksburg. Includes editing, resizing (web optimization & high resolution), delivery via Google Drive. Client retains ownership rights to photos after fulfilling all financial obligations to Flair Communication. 

 

BUSINESS LISTINGS OPTIMIZATION SERVICE

Optimizes top tier business directory listings with keywords, images & updates to rank higher & appeal to client's target market. This service helps boost website SEO by providing higher visibility and backlinks to client’s website. Includes monthly custom promotional posts on Google Business Listing. Flair Communication must have direct management access to client's Google Business listing to post promotions.

 

ONLINE REVIEWS GENERATOR & PR MANAGEMENT

Online review campaigns are distributed under client's business name & branding to make it easy for client's customers to provide feedback about client services and to post 5 star reviews on 3rd party review sites. Client receives email copies of all responses. 4 & 5 star reviewers are invited to post their review on a preferred review site (Google Business, Yelp, Facebook, etc). 1-3 star reviews are only emailed directly to the client to give them an opportunity to address any problems with the customer. This service can help minimize negative reviews & give clients valuable feedback about their businesses. Flair Communication responds to negative and positive online reviews as the client’s business with best practice PR strategies. Client’s email lists are protected & HIPAA compliant. Client required to supply customer lists on a 2-column spreadsheet with first name and email address. This service boosts website SEO & helps generate referral business.

 

FACEBOOK / SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Complete setup, design, custom graphics, marketing strategy, monitoring (responding to FB reviews & comments as the client's business), organic posts (approx three (3) to five (5) total posts per week) + paid promotion strategy to increase engagement with client's brand content & drive more traffic to client's website. 100% of the monthly ad allowance is used for client's business promotions. Client designates dollar allowance for monthly ad spend. Please note that monthly boost/ad allowances above $100/month incur an additional service fee per $100 boost/ad spend due to additional posting, custom graphics creation, and service/admin costs. This service helps boost website SEO. Please note paid boosts are planned & posted in advance. Client requests to remove or change a paid boost before the campaign has completed is not advised as it negatively affects the performance of the ad campaign and will incur an additional service fee of $75 per boost. Please note that FB posts may be deleted but the ad and/or post may still be visible in news feeds. Paid promotions will be concurrently posted on Instagram. All social media reach and performance estimates are provided by the social media channel and are not guaranteed. 

  

GOOGLE ADS SERVICE 

Creation, management and analysis of client's Google Ads account. Ads will be reviewed and updated based on client's marketing campaign goals. Client designates total ad spend. The management fee percentage is based on the total monthly ad spend allowance and is noted on page one of this proposal. 

 

PRINT DESIGN SERVICES (limited service)

Custom designed business cards, rack cards, flyers, tri-fold brochures, or other print media. Client will be sent an online proof for each print item. Written approval for each proof is required from the client. Client is responsible for costs related to any errors discovered after final approval. Deliverables: Printer ready pdf or the option for professional printing with FREE delivery to home or office. Print costs are additional and will be quoted based on clients' quantity, materials selection & special shipping requests. All print orders must be paid in advance. There are no refunds on print design or printing services.

 

EMAIL MARKETING SERVICES

Up to two email promos per month via client's MailChimp account to promote client's business or organization. Each promo includes a single image & custom messaging design & links per promotion. email promotions are designed to be concise promotions to promote a specific product, service or special discount. Performance data is available on the MailChimp Dashboard. Includes: Design consistent with client's branding, premium stock photos (if needed), basic editing of content (text sections) provided by client, headlines, writing, formatting, distribution & list management. Complete content for each email promotion will be submitted by client a minimum of two (2) business days before distribution date. Initial import of client email contacts (first name, last name, email address) included if submitted in a spreadsheet or CSV format. MailChimp’s free service is limited to a maximum number of subscribers. Client is responsible for direct payment of MailChimp service fees (if applicable) that extend beyond their free plan terms. 

 

* Email contacts must be valid subscribers and/or client's customers to be included in the email distribution list. Please note certain types of email addresses such as info@, admin@, etc. addresses may be marked as invalid email addresses (spam) & may not be deliverable. Random collection of email addresses for promotional purposes is considered spam & e-newsletter services reserve the right to cancel services if email addresses provided are not valid subscribers. SEO is a continuous effort & process. Proper website design & structure is essential for higher website rankings on major search engines. Website audits are charged as a one-time, flat fee and designed for existing, pre-designed WIX websites in conjunction with contracting marketing services with Flair Communication & include:

 

  • Keyword/key phrase research

  • Design Best Practices

  • Basic competitive search analysis/research

  • Review of header settings & tweak messaging/titles where necessary

  • Verification of page headers, descriptions, images & keywords optimization

  • Review of store products & descriptions (if applicable)

MARKETING CONSULTING SERVICES

Flair Communication includes one, 30-minute consultation for new clients. Additional or extended consultation meetings or conference calls available for an additional fee. Consulting services may include feedback on marketing ideas, marketing strategies, & other marketing expertise. Meetings include conference calls & phone consultations. In-person meetings beyond a 10 mile radius from Fredericksburg, VA incur an additional service fee for travel time. Consulting services will be quoted as a flat rate based on an hourly rate of no less than $175/hour.

FLAIR COMMUNICATION SERVICES AGREEMENT

This document provides details about Flair Communication services, guidelines and related policies. This contract is all-inclusive with and subject to the terms, selections, pricing and other details on page one of this proposal/contract. Service descriptions for all services are included below but apply only to the services selected by the client on page one of this agreement. 

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - GENERAL POLICIES

 

Designated Project Manager

To ensure good communication and the best results, client shall designate one (1) project manager to provide direction, information and approvals for the project. This individual will be designated in the Website Design Questionnaire which will be sent to the client following approval of this contract. Client’s project manager shall be responsible for reaching consensus from all client stakeholders before providing direction, content, information or other communication related to this project. Flair Communication will accept direction only from the client’s designated project manager. Any additional project costs as a result of misinformation, misdirection or errors within the client’s organization or from individual(s) not designated in the Website Design Questionnaire will be the responsibility of the client. 

 

Content

Client must deliver the completed design questionnaire, payment information and all content for the website no later than the Friday prior to the project start date. All content must be organized and labeled clearly. All text must be provided in a plain text format that can be copied and pasted into the website editor. Images must be individual JPEG files (no embedded images in documents).For best quality, submit crisp, clear, high resolution images without marks, dates, pixelation or other elements that adversely affect the image quality. Client assumes all responsibility for rights to use provided images, including signed model releases from individuals in the images. Client is subject to usage policies for stock images purchased by client or Flair Communication. 

 

Additional fees will be charged if Flair Communication is required to organize, collect, modify, or sort any content and/or transcribe text for the website. Content received after the project start date that affects the layout or design of the site will incur additional fees.

 

Deadlines

Client agrees to adhere to established project deadlines for proposal approvals, payments, content delivery, revisions and other requests to keep the project on schedule. Missed deadlines may result in project delays, project reschedule and/or additional fees. The entire project duration is scheduled to extend no more than two (2) to three (3) weeks from the project start date unless otherwise specified in the proposal/contract. Projects delayed by the client will be rescheduled for the next available date and may incur additional fees.

 

Performance

Website search engine rankings, marketing performance and revenue generation from promotion and marketing services provided by Flair Communication are estimates provided by the related marketing, website and/or internet providers and are not guaranteed. Flair Communication seeks to follow industry best practices and is committed to generate the best performance outcomes for all clients. It’s normal and expected for website rankings and performance to change continuously. 

 

Ownership of Website Design and Intellectual Property

Client is committing to a one, two or three year contract. Flair Communication requires a minimum 12 month contract. It’s understood the full cost of the design and development of the website and related content is incorporated into both the down payment and the contract’s monthly payments for the duration of the contract period. Therefore, Flair Communication shall retain ownership of any and all website design, graphics, and related website content until client has fulfilled all financial obligations of the contract. Client will be considered a lessee of the website and related content until all contractual financial obligations are fulfilled per the terms of this contract.

 

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Each party shall maintain, in the strictest confidence, all confidential information (as defined in the next sentence) of the other party. “Confidential Information” is defined as (i) nonpublic information (at the time of disclosure) disclosed by one party to the other party under this Agreement, provided such information is marked or indicated by the disclosing party to be confidential; (ii) and any information which ought reasonably be considered confidential with regard to the circumstances surrounding disclosure, whether or not such information is marked “Confidential.”

 

In the event a party is required to disclose Confidential information pursuant to a judicial or other governmental order, such party shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law or opinion of counsel, provide the other party with prompt notice prior to any disclosure so that the party or its client may seek other legal remedies to maintain the confidentiality of such Confidential information.

 

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Flair Communication from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising in any manner caused by (i) Client’s third party vendors products and services, including but not limited to website design and hosting platforms, domain registrars and services, digital application services or any outages or downtime related to such services provided by Flair Communication or (ii) from a breach or alleged breach of any of Client’s representations, warranties or agreements herein. 

 

To the maximum extent allowable by law, Flair Communication shall not be liable to the client for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including damages for lost profit, loss of business or the like) arising out of relating to this agreement, Flair Communication’s performance hereunder or disruption of any of the foregoing, even if client has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the cause of action, whether sounding in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise. To the maximum extent allowable by law, contractor’s aggregate liability under this agreement shall in no event exceed the aggregate compensation paid by client to Flair Communication under this agreement.


Flair Communication offers the optional integration of the UserWay application to help provide better access for website visitors with disabilities. This application is intended to help with but does not guarantee compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Flair Communication is not responsible for client compliance with ADA standards or guidelines.

PAYMENT TERMS

 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Major credit cards, debit cards, or ACH direct deposit are accepted methods of payment. Final/early termination fees must be paid by check, e-check or ACH Direct Deposit. 

 

Declined Charges / Insufficient Funds / Non-Payment

Client agrees to maintain a valid form of payment at all times. There is a three (3) day grace period to update payment information. Payment methods that require updates more than once per quarter will incur an additional administrative fee of $100 per occurrence. Checks or other payments declined for insufficient funds will incur a service fee of $100 per occurrence. Late or non-payment may result in suspended or terminated services. There is no compensation for services suspended or terminated for non-payment. 

 

MONTHLY FEES

Services with monthly fees begin on the initial project start date and must be paid via automatic payment (credit/debit card, e-check or ACH Direct Deposit). Client will be sent paid invoice receipts via email each month for bookkeeping purposes. 

 

Early Termination Payment Policy for Website Services

Client may cancel monthly website service contract and request transfer of their website to an independent account after paying the value of the 12 month minimum contract (no less than $2,268 for regular websites & no less than $2,995 for e-Commerce sites). Clients who pay a higher monthly maintenance fee will be charged at a higher rate. Early termination fees are in addition to the nonrefundable initial down payment. A credit will be applied for the value of monthly fees paid prior to the date of early contract termination. Final payment related to early service termination must be paid by check, certified check or ACH Direct Deposit and requires signed approval of the SERVICES TERMINATION AGREEMENT. There is no compensation nor proration for unused services. Client agrees to comply with cancellation payment terms, regardless of reason for cancellation. Client agrees not to dispute final charges or previously paid fees with Flair Communication, bank, creditor or other financial entity before, during or after the initial project start date.

 

Cancellation Payment Policy for Monthly Marketing Services

Monthly marketing services are month to month but cancellation requires a written, 30 day advance notice. Client is responsible for the final month of marketing fees and related ad costs. All other payment terms in this contract apply.

 

WEBSITE PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Website with Hosting/Maintenance/Optimization Management Services Payment Terms

Website projects with ongoing monthly services require a minimum, twelve (12) month contract commitment. A portion of the initial website design-build cost is included in the monthly fee so a change to the contract duration will affect the monthly fee and/or final payment. Initial payment and monthly fees are non-refundable after the project start date. Projects delayed by the client beyond 30 days will incur a $295 reactivation fee in addition to the ongoing monthly fee. This reactivation fee is in addition to missed deadline fee penalties.

 

Website Design-Only Payment Terms

Website Design-Only contracts require a 50% deposit with the signed proposal. The balance is due after the 2nd round of revisions are complete or 30 days after the project start date, whichever comes first. Projects delayed by the client beyond 30 days will be placed on hold until the next available project date and will incur a $295 reactivation fee due before project resumes. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Client agrees that the initial web design payment and monthly fees are non-refundable after initial project start date. Client agrees all completed payments are final & agrees not to contest any charges, with Flair Communication, any payment processor or creditor before, during or after final transfer of the website.

 

Marketing fees, including service, advertising fees, print fees and graphic services are non-refundable. Client agrees to provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice to cancel any monthly marketing service which include but are not limited to: Google Ads, Social Media Marketing/Advertising, and any other marketing service and advertising fees.

 

LATE PAYMENTS • BREACH OF CONTRACT

Outstanding balances that remain unpaid thirty (30) days+ past the due date will incur a minimum late fee of $100 for each 30 day period past the due date and may result in service disruption or service termination. 

 

By approving this quote, client agrees to all financial terms of this agreement. In the event the client fails to fulfill payment obligations for the services rendered under the approved quote, the client specifically authorizes the release by any credit reporting agencies of personal and business credit information on the client. The client also agrees to pay all of the costs of obtaining such credit information and/or the locating of the client as may be necessary. In consideration for the services rendered under this agreement, the client hereby agrees to pay a FINANCE CHARGE on all balances which are overdue and unpaid sixty (60) days after the services are rendered; the FINANCE CHARGE will be computed at one and a half (1.50%) percent per month or an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of eighteen (18%) percent. These costs will be in addition to all attorney’s fees, plus court costs, whether suit is filed or not.

 

DIGITAL MARKETING & WEB DESIGN SERVICES DESCRIPTIONS

 

WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES OVERVIEW

Custom website design services include: 

 

  • Initial, custom website design-build based on client’s specifications, preferences & provided content. Projects that exceed the initial size or scope after project start date may incur additional fees.

  • Mobile optimization, social media integration, premium stock images (if needed), Google Analytics connection & custom favicon. 

  • Custom forms for up to 8 fields (or as noted on the quote/contract cover). More complex, custom forms available for an additional fee (priced per project). 

  • Basic editing services based on content provided by the client. More extensive writing/editing/research services are available for an additional charge. 

  • Single PayPal payment buttons may be integrated into the website at no additional charge but client is responsible for maintaining a PayPal Merchant account and providing the PayPal button link/code.

  • Client leases the website and will own the website design and content only after fulfilling financial obligations per the quote/contract.

  • Flair Communication reserves the right to publish a signature with hyperlink in the footer of the client’s website. This signature will be minimal in size & style to avoid distraction from client’s website content.

 

MOBILE OPTIMIZATION

All website projects include mobile optimization and/or mobile action bar. Mobile optimization will streamline & consolidate content for use on smartphones. Client understands that some design elements, background video & some applications may not be available nor function the same way on mobile as they do on desktop computers (this is a mobile technology limitation). To create the best visitor experience, client understands the mobile version may require omission of select content, especially extensive text & other elements that are not mobile-friendly. 

 

PRODUCTION TIME

When all content and required payment are received from the client, an initial website draft will be ready for online review within seven (7) to ten (10) business days or as stated on the quote/contract. e-Commerce sites & sites with extensive content or special design elements may require more time. 

 

Please note a deadline will be established to deliver all required content in advance for the website design project. Content delivered after the project start date increases project costs and may adversely affect and delay the overall design process and/or require extra design work. Consequently, client failure to meet content deadline or the addition of new content after the project start date may result in project delays, rescheduling the project and/or additional fees. 

 

DESIGN PROCESS

Initial design includes two (2) rounds of revisions of initial draft. A revision round is a complete list of client requested revisions per site review and client agrees to submit each list of revisions in writing within three (3) business days of the website draft delivery. This prevents increased project costs, keeps the project on schedule and provides the most efficient process to complete the client’s revisions effectively & efficiently. 

 

Terms of Project Deadlines

Client agrees to submit a complete written list of revisions within three (3) business days of each website draft delivery. If client fails to submit revisions within three (3) business days, the project may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Flair Communication. Missed deadlines increase project costs and consequently will result in an additional fee of $225 per occurrence and delay of the project. If client fails to submit revisions within seven (7) business days the project will be considered approved and complete by the client and any additional revisions submitted by the client will be incorporated into the monthly update/change allowance per the terms of the website contract.  

 

Revisions During Initial Design Process

The client’s designated project manager will be responsible for acquiring consensus within the client’s organization before requesting revisions. Client must submit each round of revisions in writing as a single, written list including all content required for requested revisions at the time each round of revisions is submitted. Additional rounds of revisions are available for $225 per round. Additional rounds of revisions that require modification of the design, additional pages, extensive revisions or changes in navigation/organization of the site will incur an additional design service fee of up to $175 per page.

 

BASIC SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword analysis will be performed and basic SEO techniques will be incorporated into the design of the website to help optimize search engine rankings. Website will be submitted to Google for indexing and ranking. Upon request, client will be advised about other ways to maintain & improve search engine optimization and understands websites require additional promotions, including paid advertising to improve SEO. Client understands that although new websites are instantly indexed on Google, website search rankings and SEO change continuously. Search rankings are driven by a complex algorithm so no agency nor individual can guarantee a specific website search ranking. More extensive SEO services may be available for an additional charge. 

 

e-COMMERCE CAPABILITIES (for e-Commerce level projects only)

Includes e-Commerce capabilities for donations, ticket purchases and/or other financial transactions. Client must maintain a PayPal Merchant account, Stripe account or Square account to accept online payments. 

 

Preferred online store platform is Ecwid.com. Flair Communication provides an initial store setup service and fully integrates the store into the client's new website. Client is responsible for maintaining an Ecwid.com account including any associated fees and all ongoing management of the store, store products, order management and fulfillment and payment collection/management related to the Ecwid.com store after the initial setup. Client may opt to set up the store without assistance from Flair Communication and provide the code to integrate the store into the website. Client changes to the store, product categories & pricing, etc. will automatically update on the website and client understands featured product layouts and other page designs are affected by changes made to the Ecwid.com store. Flair Communication is not responsible for updating or managing Ecwid.com store content after the initial setup. Client understands that Flair Communication does not provide tech support for the ongoing operation and management of the Ecwid.com store but Ecwid.com does provide online chat and phone support for customers. Technical assistance required by Flair Communication for client generated e-commerce stores will be charged at a rate of no less than $175/hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge per occurrence.

 

Initial store setup is optional for an additional fee as quoted in the proposal based on the number of products and product options indicated by the client. Client is responsible for providing all product names, images, descriptions, pricing, pricing options, shipping method(s), shipping fees, sales tax and other required information to Flair Communication prior to store setup. Client errors, missing information, or additional content, products or information changes after the store setup process begins may result in store setup delays and additional fees. "Products" may include physical items or digital/virtual "products" such as donations, membership categories, etc. Product selections include up to three (3) options each. Client will be sent a link to a Google Spreadsheet to enter product information. Custom pricing is available for large stores with 100+ products. 

 

MONTHLY WEB HOSTING, MAINTENANCE, OPTIMIZATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES 

Monthly fee includes a portion of the initial design-build cost, ongoing design updates as new applications & design features become available, premium hosting services, & ongoing revisions requested by the client within the existing pages and design. Client must commit to a minimum of 12 months of service. Discounts on monthly fees available for multi-year contracts. 

 

Includes regular, routine maintenance of website operation & up to ten (10) client requested changes/updates per month within the existing design.* Since many website changes are incurred seasonally or only periodically, Flair Communication allows a degree of flexibility regarding the number of monthly changes. Website changes shall not exceed 50% of the contracted monthly allowance per month unless an additional fee is paid by the client. Website change/update requests that  exceed 10 per month for three (3) or more consecutive months will incur a monthly fee increase based on the average number of revisions. 

 

Client must submit all update/change requests via email to edits@flaircommunication.com. Client requested changes received during regular business hours  (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm EST) at edits@flaircommunication.com are guaranteed to be completed by the following business day. Client is expected to appoint a single project manager who will be responsible to gain consensus from client stakeholders before sending revision requests. Client is requested to make a final decision on all changes and updates prior to requesting these changes/updates. 

 

Flair Communication does not provide website maintenance services via in-person meetings or phone calls. If a client requires in-person website review/consultation or extensive phone calls (more than 15 minutes) after website launch, such service will incur an additional fee of $175/hour. 

 

Please note, to protect the integrity and quality of every website, Flair Communication does not share website maintenance via the website editor with clients nor anyone outside our team. Clients who later choose to maintain their own websites may request a permanent transfer of the site after fulfilling all financial obligations of the contract.

 

PREMIUM HOSTING SERVICES

Website hosting services to include 10GB storage, unlimited bandwidth, Firewall & DOS protection. Guaranteed 99.9% uptime. All websites include SSL encryption certificates for website security.

 

DESIGN REFRESH & NEW FEATURES

Website will be updated periodically with new design features & applications (with prior client approval) to freshen the design of the website, maintain modern design trends & to extend the life of the overall website design. 

 

Please note design changes differ from design updates. Design changes will incur additional charges. Design changes include additional pages, changes to navigation structure, site wide changes such as branding & color changes, new sections/categories of content that increase the overall content volume, premium application upgrades/integrations & other changes that alter the design, navigation, maintenance and/or structure of the website.


Website maintenance service fees include up to ten (10) web pages. The website platform has a limit of 100 web pages. Websites that exceed ten (10) pages require more time for routine maintenance and as such will incur an increase in the monthly fee according to the following fee structure. Every 10 additional web pages above 10 web pages will add $25/month to the monthly fee.

• Up to 10 Web Pages (included in original website quote)
• 11 - 20 Web Pages - Add $25/month to monthly fee
• 21 - 30 Web Pages - Add $50/month to monthly fee
• 31 - 40 Web Pages - Add $75/month to monthly fee
• 41 - 50 Web Pages - Add $100/month to monthly fee

*Additional changes/updates in blocks of (5) per month available at a rate of $50/month. Updates/changes to be made within existing website structure/navigation/design. Changes/updates that require significant modification of the website structure, function, additional pages & navigation will incur additional design charges.

 

WEBSITE DESIGN-ONLY PROJECTS

Website designs that will be transferred to the client for future maintenance are considered design-only projects. Design-only projects include website design services noted in the WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES OVERVIEW section of this agreement and are subject to payment policies as noted in this contract. Design-only projects include a 1 month premium hosting plan (premium hosting services are required to complete domain connection, basic SEO and other initial services) & will be transferred with the completed website. Client is responsible for all hosting costs after the first month.

 

Conditions of Website Transfer - Design-Only Projects 

After final approval of the website design and fulfillment of all financial obligations, the website shall be transferred to the client's independent WIX account. Transfer will include the remaining value of the premium hosting service package but client will be responsible for the cost of hosting and related website fees after the first month. Please note website transfers are permanent & irrevocable. Flair Communication does not provide the option for maintenance/management services after transfer because we are unable to guarantee the quality of a website if an outside designer or client has modified the website. Flair Communication does not provide technical support nor training for website maintenance nor design services. WIX.com, the website platform on which the website is built offers extensive online tech support services. 

 

OTHER SERVICES

 

IT/DOMAIN SERVICES 

Includes connection of one (1) custom domain(s). Additional domains may be connected to the website and will be redirected to a primary domain for a fee of $175.  Hosting/domain/email connections that exceed three (3) or require additional time to coordinate with 3rd party IT services and/or obtaining access to domain account information and/or require troubleshooting based on issues related to a client's server and/or IT services will incur additional minimum fee of $225. 

 

CUSTOM EMAIL SERVICE 

Flair Communication provides custom email box setup through Google Business for a flat fee. Client is responsible for ongoing maintenance and monthly fees related to custom email services.

 

If client uses custom email services connected to the website domain, the client is required to provide MX or DNS records for the email service. A new website launch with a domain connected to custom email services may experience a period of downtime (typically ranging from a few minutes to 3 hours but can take up to 48 hours for full propagation). Flair Communication is not responsible for email propagation delays.

 

CUSTOM LOGO DESIGN 

Custom logo design includes one (1) unique design concept based on client's preferred brand style and colors. Includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions $125 each. DELIVERABLES: Multiple graphic files for single design selection including source file, jpg, png with transparent background and pdf for any print or digital use. Includes vector & source files. Variations on original design available for an additional fee.

 

CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY (limited services)

Custom on-location photography/video services available for a custom quote based on individual client needs. Travel surcharge is incurred for locations beyond a 10 mile radius from Fredericksburg. Includes editing, resizing (web optimization & high resolution), delivery via Google Drive. Client retains ownership rights to photos after fulfilling all financial obligations to Flair Communication. 

 

BUSINESS LISTINGS OPTIMIZATION SERVICE

Optimizes top tier business directory listings with keywords, images & updates to rank higher & appeal to client's target market. This service helps boost website SEO by providing higher visibility and backlinks to client’s website. Includes monthly custom promotional posts on Google Business Listing. Flair Communication must have direct management access to client's Google Business listing to post promotions.

 

ONLINE REVIEWS GENERATOR & PR MANAGEMENT

Online review campaigns are distributed under client's business name & branding to make it easy for client's customers to provide feedback about client services and to post 5 star reviews on 3rd party review sites. Client receives email copies of all responses. 4 & 5 star reviewers are invited to post their review on a preferred review site (Google Business, Yelp, Facebook, etc). 1-3 star reviews are only emailed directly to the client to give them an opportunity to address any problems with the customer. This service can help minimize negative reviews & give clients valuable feedback about their businesses. Flair Communication responds to negative and positive online reviews as the client’s business with best practice PR strategies. Client’s email lists are protected & HIPAA compliant. Client required to supply customer lists on a 2-column spreadsheet with first name and email address. This service boosts website SEO & helps generate referral business.

 

FACEBOOK / SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Complete setup, design, custom graphics, marketing strategy, monitoring (responding to FB reviews & comments as the client's business), organic posts (approx three (3) to five (5) total posts per week) + paid promotion strategy to increase engagement with client's brand content & drive more traffic to client's website. 100% of the monthly ad allowance is used for client's business promotions. Client designates dollar allowance for monthly ad spend. Please note that monthly boost/ad allowances above $100/month incur an additional service fee per $100 boost/ad spend due to additional posting, custom graphics creation, and service/admin costs. This service helps boost website SEO. Please note paid boosts are planned & posted in advance. Client requests to remove or change a paid boost before the campaign has completed is not advised as it negatively affects the performance of the ad campaign and will incur an additional service fee of $75 per boost. Please note that FB posts may be deleted but the ad and/or post may still be visible in news feeds. Paid promotions will be concurrently posted on Instagram. All social media reach and performance estimates are provided by the social media channel and are not guaranteed. 

  

GOOGLE ADS SERVICE 

Creation, management and analysis of client's Google Ads account. Ads will be reviewed and updated based on client's marketing campaign goals. Client designates total ad spend. The management fee percentage is based on the total monthly ad spend allowance and is noted on page one of this proposal. 

 

PRINT DESIGN SERVICES (limited service)

Custom designed business cards, rack cards, flyers, tri-fold brochures, or other print media. Client will be sent an online proof for each print item. Written approval for each proof is required from the client. Client is responsible for costs related to any errors discovered after final approval. Deliverables: Printer ready pdf or the option for professional printing with FREE delivery to home or office. Print costs are additional and will be quoted based on clients' quantity, materials selection & special shipping requests. All print orders must be paid in advance. There are no refunds on print design or printing services.

 

EMAIL MARKETING SERVICES

Up to two email promos per month via client's MailChimp account to promote client's business or organization. Each promo includes a single image & custom messaging design & links per promotion. email promotions are designed to be concise promotions to promote a specific product, service or special discount. Performance data is available on the MailChimp Dashboard. Includes: Design consistent with client's branding, premium stock photos (if needed), basic editing of content (text sections) provided by client, headlines, writing, formatting, distribution & list management. Complete content for each email promotion will be submitted by client a minimum of two (2) business days before distribution date. Initial import of client email contacts (first name, last name, email address) included if submitted in a spreadsheet or CSV format. MailChimp’s free service is limited to a maximum number of subscribers. Client is responsible for direct payment of MailChimp service fees (if applicable) that extend beyond their free plan terms. 

 

* Email contacts must be valid subscribers and/or client's customers to be included in the email distribution list. Please note certain types of email addresses such as info@, admin@, etc. addresses may be marked as invalid email addresses (spam) & may not be deliverable. Random collection of email addresses for promotional purposes is considered spam & e-newsletter services reserve the right to cancel services if email addresses provided are not valid subscribers. Flair Communication will distribute e-Blasts/e-newsletters only to valid email subscribers or customers.

 

BRANDING DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE

Development of business name options & taglines based on client preferences. Recommended brand colors, fonts & custom logo design. Custom logo design details specified under Custom Logo section above. Includes up to two hours of phone/in person consultation. Client is responsible for business trademark confirmation and/or legal consultation. Includes PDF branding guide. This package can be customized to suit client needs and is custom quoted per project.

 

WEBSITE SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) AUDIT 

SEO is a continuous effort & process. Proper website design & structure is essential for higher website rankings on major search engines. Website audits are charged as a one-time, flat fee and designed for existing, pre-designed WIX websites in conjunction with contracting marketing services with Flair Communication & include:

 

  • Keyword/key phrase research

  • Design Best Practices

  • Basic competitive search analysis/research

  • Review of header settings & tweak messaging/titles where necessary

  • Verification of page headers, descriptions, images & keywords optimization

  • Review of store products & descriptions (if applicable)

  • Application integrations 

  • Reviewing opportunities for internal & external links (such as social media integration)

  • Basic recommendations to continue to improve SEO 

MARKETING CONSULTING SERVICES

Flair Communication includes one, 30-minute consultation for new clients. Additional or extended consultation meetings or conference calls available for an additional fee. Consulting services may include feedback on marketing ideas, marketing strategies, & other marketing expertise. Meetings include conference calls & phone consultations. In-person meetings beyond a 10 mile radius from Fredericksburg, VA incur an additional service fee for travel time. Consulting services will be quoted as a flat rate based on an hourly rate of no less than $175/hour.
