Our Story

We're an award winning digital marketing agency located in downtown Fredericksburg. We work in the bright, sunny, yellow house on William Street. With Sugar Shack Donuts & The Falafel Joint next door & Soup & Taco across the street, and within walking distance of a bunch of other fun places, we're on the best block in town! 

Our colorful, open concept offices foster creativity & discourage afternoon naps. Outside, you might see us working while enjoying the sunshine on the big front porch. 


We've developed some incredible marketing strategies for more than 100 clients & their referrals have fueled our double digit growth but we've never developed a formal marketing strategy for our own services. What's up with that??

Digital Marketing Associate (full time)
This position has a training period of up to 90 days.

General Description of Duties:


  • Design high performance websites with efficiency, accuracy & creativity 

  • Design basic graphics. Experience with Adobe Illustrator & Canva a plus

  • Write promotional copy for websites, social media & other promotion materials

  • Gather information on new & evolving methods of marketing and distribution

  • Prepare quotes, reports & process information requests from sales leads & clients

  • Participate in marketing activities to promote company products and services

  • Conduct research, create graphics, post & monitor social media accounts

  • Complete website updates as assigned

  • Create & proof e-newsletter promotions

  • Attend marketing & business networking events as available

  • Perform other administrative support services as needed


Skills (training provided):

  • Website design experience or possess the design aptitude to learn our the design system quickly.

  • Basic design skills & aptitude to adapt to evolving design trends

  • Basic competency with social media channels & promotions

  • Photography, Video, Photoshop, MailChimp, Adobe Illustrator skills a plus

  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills


Candidates must:

  • Be able to work independently & resourcefully

  • Be available to work a minimum of four (4) hours per day, up to 30 hours per week between 9am & 5pm

  • Be willing to learn new digital skills in web design & graphic software

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic

  • Be detail oriented & obsessed with accuracy

  • Be reliable & punctual

  • Be committed to providing superior customer service

  • Like to have fun!

Hours are 9am - 5pm, M-F with one hour for lunch



  • Negotiable based on experience & skills 

Marketing Assistant Intern - Part Time
This is a part time position - must be available a minimum of four (4) hours during regular business hours (9am-5pm).



  • Professional with the confidence to communicate directly with clients

  • Good communication skills (written & oral)

  • Punctual & reliable

  • Self starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Positive enthusiasm with eagerness to improve, grow & learn new skills

  • Detail oriented with dedication to accuracy

  • A focus on problem solving & exceptional customer service




  • Support President & Digital Marketing Associate to organize & coordinate marketing projects which may include database/spreadsheet management & other support duties


  • Assist with new business lead follow ups via phone and email


  • Complete website updates & changes as requested by clients, Digital Marketing Associate & President


  • Assist with social media account management as assigned including content research, posting, monitoring & performance report creation as assigned


  • Assist with custom graphic creation on Canva platform & other software for social media boosts, social media pages & other graphic needs


  • Assist with e-newsletter campaigns including design, content writing, distribution & performance report preparation as assigned


  • Assist in the organization, preparation & participation in Flair business promotion & marketing campaigns & events


  • Assist with preparation and delivery of promotional presentations


  • Coordinate new web design projects and social media assignments with other staff as needed


  • Attend events, luncheons, during and after hours when available (events outside of normal working hours are optional but if you attend you will be compensated for extra time)


Hours are flexible but prefer a consistent schedule.



  • $10 / hour
